My Portfolio: Making it Work for You

The magnitude of the property data available can be overwhelming. My Portfolio helps you tame a large volume of homes. This online tool lets you prioritize homes returned from your search. My Portfolio allows you to go back at a later time to really study each property to see if it's worth pursuing. You can click on Add to My Portfolio on the search results page and on the home details page. This will put the property into My Portfolio.

Email alerts are also powerful tools used by both our buyers and sellers. You can subscribe to Price Change Alerts and Status Change Alerts on the My Subscriptions page after you've added properties to My Portfolio. The alerts notify you of changes to any property in My Portfolio. Thus if a status of a property changes to pending, sold, taken off the market, etc., you will be notified via email. You can monitor the pulse of the market with My Portfolio Alerts.

Sellers also use My Portfolio Alerts to stay up to date on market activity surrounding their homes. As a seller, you can set up search criteria that exactly match your listing. Then place competing active properties into My Portfolio. Turn on My Portfolio Alerts. You will be then be notified of status changes to the very properties that compete with yours for that right buyer.

Current market knowledge is valuable to buyers and sellers. You can make better decisions about when to make an offer, how much to offer, and how to respond to counter offers. A seller can respond to offers with relevant counters or make strategic pricing decisions. This key information makes buyers and sellers smarter.
